If you visit one of our stores and they do not have the size you are looking for in stock, the store associate can see if we have the product available for order. If we do, you can place an order directly with the store and the product will be shipped to your home.
We can also take orders over the phone in our Customer Service department. If you call to place an order, please have a UPC or style number (which are both located on the price tag) available for the item you're interested in ordering. Please note that we are only able to order product that is available in our Tommy Hilfiger stores and not items that are sold in department stores.
The shipping fee for orders is $6.00 for regular shipping (up to 15 business days for delivery, not including the date of order) or $12.00 for express shipping (up to 3 business days, not including the date of order). All shipments are sent via FedEx.
If you provide us with your email address while placing your order, you will be provided with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
At this time Tommy Hilfiger orders can only be shipped within the United States and we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
