How do I return a product purchased at a Van Heusen store?

If at any time, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made in any Van Heusen store in the United States or Canada it may be returned to any Van Heusen store in the US or Canada. It may not be returned to another retailer.

Returns made with the original receipt can either receive an exchange or a refund for the full amount paid. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment. Returns of a purchase made by check will be eligible for a full cash refund five (5) business days after the original purchase.

Returns not accompanied by an original receipt will either receive an exchange or a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

While we suggest that all returns be made in person at a store, you may also return the merchandise via mail to a Van Heusen store. If you are going to mail an item back to a store, please use this Van Heusen Return Form and be sure to include the form inside your returned package. We recommend that you use a shipment method that provides a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 4-6 weeks to complete your return by mail.
